1. GENERAL PROVISIONS1.1. This document constitutes a legally binding public offer (the “Agreement”) made by:
Valentina Makieva (Individual Entrepreneur / Sole Proprietor)

to any individual (the “User”) to purchase access to the online educational program.

1.3. By completing the purchase, the User fully accepts this Agreement.
1.4. Acceptance of this Agreement creates a legally binding contract.
2. DEFINITIONSProgram / Course — the online educational program “LED 3 in 1,” including all materials.
Website — the platform where the Course is presented and sold.
User / Student — a person who purchases access.
Access — limited right to use the Course materials.
Account — personal login credentials provided to the User.
3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT3.1. The Provider grants the User access to the Course.

4.3. After expiration:

• access is automatically terminated
• no renewal is provided unless explicitly purchased

4.4. The Provider may:

5. ACCOUNT AND SECURITY5.1. Access is personal and non-transferable.
5.2. The User is strictly prohibited from:

• sharing login credentials
• giving access to third parties
• using shared accounts

5.3. Violation results in:

• immediate termination of access
• no refund

6. PAYMENT TERMS6.1. The Course price is displayed on the Website.
6.2. Payment is made via available payment systems.
6.3. The Course is considered paid after funds are received.
6.4. The User is responsible for all payment-related fees.
7. REFUND POLICY (IMPORTANT)7.1. Due to the digital nature of the Course, all sales are final.
7.2. No refunds are provided after:

• access has been granted
• login credentials have been issued

7.3. By purchasing, the User agrees:

• to waive any right of withdrawal
• not to initiate unjustified chargebacks

7.4. Any chargeback attempt without valid legal grounds may result in:
